The Big Blue

This term our inquiry is The Big Blue. We have been learning about the different creatures that live in our oceans.  

On the weekend Mrs Stretch found a Blue Bottle Jellyfish on the beach.  Unfortunately it had been washed up and sat in the sun for a long time so it wasn't alive anymore.  Mrs Stretch brought it into school so that we could have a look at it.

It had a jelly body that was blue in colour and a really long stinger that was also blue and looked like floss that you use for your teeth.
